Shipping

Shipping Destinations 
We ship within the GCC. More specifically, to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman from Kuwait.

Kuwait Delivery
Orders will be charged a flat rate of 2 KWD. All orders are processed 7 days a week. 
We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 days.

International Shipping
International shipping will be charged a flat rate of 6 KWD. Orders are processed Sunday through Saturday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding Friday and public holidays. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.
We select from multiple shipping services including DHL and FedEx whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. We will do everything to deliver your items as quickly as possible, however please leave up to 2-4 business days from the day of shipment to receive your parcel. The delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing. Any delivery date or time specified by us is the best estimate only and cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control.
Please note that customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no involvement in these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you require further information regarding this, we advise you that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Rush my Order 
If you need your items before normal processing or shipping time, please contact us immediately. We will do whatever we can do to accommodate you whether it’s rushing processing or expediting shipping or both. Please note that processing and shipping are two separate processes.
